I really want to see what is the bigger problem
is it the DPS is lining the healer
OR the healer is not positioning correctly

I feel like generally it’s the dps positioning poorly that drags the healer into a bad spot.
nothing better than playing ring around the rosey with your unga bunga melee dps W keying the enemies
You wanna be a good dps, learn to heal. You will play the game a whole lot differently.
This. 10chars
part of healing a melee is knowing they have to chase a target sometimes
can’t throw pressure to make sure a healer is comfortable 100% of the match
depends if I’m healing or dpsing
Healer is not positioning correctly.
Remember kids when in doubt ALWAYS blame your healer!
well you should never line your healer if u dont have defenses. but positioning > everything.
The dinosaurs came first.
what happens if you have a kill window? you just don’t say to your healer lets go or wait for him/her to tell you, ok you can move behind the pillar sir I got you, or don’t go behind the pillar sir I am not in the mood to move across the map to support you.
My favorite is the LFG special: Warrior runs mounted across the map immediately behind the enemy pillar to get stunned and dies instantly. Blames healer and leaves group.
ah yes
the ye ol’ lfg special
then have trinket or defenses. sometimes i just pre pop wall when i know i’m about to get a kill behind a pillar.
pre wall if i dont have trinket. better to just have trinket but i tend to use my wall badly since i only play no voice and id rather not risk it.
i almost never line my healer and if theyre going behind a pillar i position myself so that i can still be in line of my healer if my healer moves a few meters to the right or left if i get stunned.
really its all situational but its very easy for me to say i never line my healer. its always the warrior who does.
Wat is dinisaurs but big chicken
I’ve actually been thinking about this lately. I’ve never healed arena, but rdruid looks like a really fun class to me. Are they a good class to learn arena healing with?
Rdru and hpal are two classes I don’t dabble with often but to answer the question yes. To get accustomed to the pace of the arena matchup it’s important to understand the game from healer POV
Ok cool, rdruid just looks like the kind of class i really like, with gow much utility it feels like they bring to the table.
You’ve convinced me!
This spec sure feels like it has an immense amount of buttons but maybe that’s just my addled fury/bm brain.
