What becomes unobtainable once the 30th Anniversary ends?

You need the detective title from the anniversary quest line achievement to begin the secret quest for Incognitro.

So if you plan to do that at any point in 2025 I’d bust a move

I don’t know if I’m being stupid, but the t2 sets only cost 60 bronze tokens, as blizzard has changed them so you buy the entire set. Did that happen while I was not paying attention, and watching all my bellular Warcraft videos, or is this new?

Only the first set cost 60 tokens. We get a discount after that, and the second set will be 40, and after that, all other sets cost 20 tokens.

Oh that’s good.
I am going to be farming….

I guess I should trade my unused bronze tokens in for Timewalking badges before whenever date these vendors go away?

you would need 320 bronze tokens to purchase all 13 sets and you can only average just over 100 tokens per week. The event ends in like seven days so the answer to that question would be no. It’s pretty much why they gave us 10 weeks.

I can tell you this. Over the past week I’ve been taking advantage of the +20% xp anniversary buff leveling alts from 70 - 80. I’m doing the Campaign, Timewalkers, Weeklies and Holiday events.
I started at 0 and last night had around 190 in 4 days time.

Blizzard has done a poor job of communicating what exactly will be unobtainable after the 20th Anniversary event and what will be retained as part of regular timewalking and/or future anniversary events.

Some of it we can intuit, for example, the 20th Anniversary Balloon Chest is almost certainly limited to this event.

What about Bronze?

As it’s described, it’s used specifically for this event, so that would imply that it’s going to become unobtainable when the event ends.

However, they might re-use it in the future. We don’t know.

They might automatically convert it to something more useful after the event, such as Timewarped Badges (there is already an in-game conversion you can purchase with extra Bronze).

So, what will ultimately happen with Bronze and the associated rewards has been left up to guesswork.

We might also infer that the Classic timewalking vendor introduced with this event (and the rewards available there with Timewarped Badges) will enter part of the normal timewalking rotation and will be available regularly on that rotation. Again, this is just an inferral. This hasn’t been clearly stated.

This should never have been the case. It should have been stated clearly at the beginning of the event what is limited-time and what is returning regularly.

Ah yes, the reason why I hate running timewalking lately

Yea should only take 2 weeks if you just grind tokens. Its like 320 tokens for all 13 tier 2 sets.

No. You dont have enough time. But you could still get a few

This is NOT true. Detective title only requires 2 out of 4 achievements for the meta achievement. If you do Crate Insurance Agent and No Crate Left Behind, you get the Detective title. It’s been stated the crates are staying in game.

Daily story time.

I hate it when people don’t put the work in for anything and then they whine about stuff that they didn’t get. It’s been out for 2 months.

Event ends next week

Besides the Anniversary event items.

Yes. Weeklies on siren isle, the summoned rares, weeklies in WW. I didn’t think I could and ended up with extras.25 gives u 100 tw tokens if u have extra. I think chromie gives 2 each time. Alts can help. The t2 sets go down in price the more u buy. If u want the fel cycle u need the detective title.

I keep running into these. I hate them with a fiery passion.

Dang, I just came back to WOW. Missed it. I wonder if the Obsidian Worldbreaker will be in the trading post at some point??
