Yes, of course it scales in level. They can’t give a level 10 Earthen 562 haste. You won’t have to eat another one though, it’ll scale up as you level.
They look good. Was wishing they were their Iron Dwarf cousins though (since Wrath actually).

I never like any race’s racial that heals or do dps, because they do so little of it it just doesn’t matter really, especially when they have a long casting time to boot.
My 2 cents: The fact that you can level up just by flying around tells me there wasn’t a whole lot of thought put into this class, which is why I stopped and deleted my Earthen character.
