Any Nerubian delve with the web-spreaders or the little flying nerubians that spawn and drop webs. All tied for least favorite. They made that mechanic super obnoxious in S2 and it remains so.
I think my favorite delve is fungal folly. Any delve that lets me explode enemies with the environment is pretty high on my list.
