You beat me to it. I dunno where I was when Homework came out. I donât even remember how I heard about it, but itâs one of those building blocks in the foundation of my love of music. Opened up my mind to the entire world of French House, and sat perfectly side-by-side with my Chemical Brothers and Fatboy Slim CDs. Ahhh, the '90s.
Though my love waned just a tiny bit when they became robots, most of the ~30 years were good times, guys. Thank you!
Add one more tribute here to Daft Punk. There will never be another duo of pioneers like them. They were unique in what they did and yet whenever they dropped something new it was exciting and you couldnât help but dance to it no matter who you were or what your background was.
