Sometimes I find the most random, amazing stuff when back-researching samples. Like this gem:

I wasn’t even looking for the source of the “I like the sunrise…” sample; I wanted to see who the vocalist was, delivering the Johnny Cash style vibes, but as far as I can find, it’s the producer himself, Sonny J.

Glad to have looked, though. That sunrise track makes me smile :grinning:

Edit: Then I go down this rabbit hole. Sometimes it’s hard to capture in words how music makes me feel. Amazed. Intrigued. Humbled. Dunno, but I love it.
