Had a fun thought:

If a raid was of a musical persuasion: the drummer and the bassists are the tanks, keeping the rhythm in place, the keyboardists are the healers - ton of versatility and ability to blend into the ‘mix,’ and the rest of the percussion and rhythm section are the dps!

Lead and solos are just the dps popping cd’s and lusting…

You should definitely check out leitnerjoe channel on youtube if you like fretless bass. Some of his stuff is kinda out there but he can really come up with some good, unique stuff.

I can’t ever mistake that iconic, emotive contralto voice of Karen Carpenter. And she and Richard own this Beatle’s song - minor keys, and thicc af harmonies. And that human could drum - not showcased on this number, though.

Exactly! She referred to herself as a drummer that sings. She was amazing on drums. Such a shame.
