I was the pally and that was indeed epic!
Favorite moment? Uninstalling.
There were definitely some funny deaths, and some moments that brought back why this game felt magical in 2005.
It will be diff for everyone, but personally think I would have stayed more engaged if this HC mode were built on the frame of TBC or Wotlk. I kind of enjoy the HC part, but that novel wrinkle can’t gloss over that staying alive in vanilla leveling/talents feels like slowly dying.
I don’t know why I was feeling risky, but I managed to kill a rare, it had a nice drop of armour, that I didn’t need because I make my own.
I see someone coming out of the starter area and gave it to them. I see them a few levels later running around wearing it and they wave at me.
It’s a good feeling.

I like finding scrolls on my Warlock because it’s the only way I can do a drive by buffing with something other than Unending breath.

so far my favorite moment was when i lost my lvl 34 rogue to a disconnect
helping people gets you killed, especially when they panic, run and aggro 4 more things onto you as they die.
No risk, no reward. Helping is all the more meaningful when I save someone’s life knowing I put mine in jeopardy
