Sod numbers,

In a 40man raid more like 30. So roll a warrior or be left behind

30 out of 40 is still too few.

1 Druid, 1 Priest, 1 Paladin/Shaman, 37 warriors.

Warrior, Priest, Mage, Rogue if you enjoy playing the game. Everything else if you enjoy being in a raid to provide one buff or one utility. They should just skip vanilla and start with BC.

Heresy!..lol in all honesty I don’t know if I will raid much in Fresh Vanilla. We are still working through Vanilla raids via SoD so Fresh does not tend to draw me that way

I am looking at Vanilla Fresh as more about having some fun leveling alts ahead of TBC. It’s always a good time to level in Vanilla with a bustling server and you need a 60 (or two) for TBC anyway
