To answer your question about what we pay for:
- Access to the content in the latest expansion. If we want to play it while it is current we have to pay for access to that expansion.
- A subscription to access the overall game above level 20 - that includes access to every single expansion except the most current one, all the Classic realms, and any special realms like Plunderstorm or Remix realms.
- We only pay for access to the game overall, not for access to a specific server or characters.
- The game is not guaranteed to be up at all times or defect free.
So, as frustrating as this is for anyone in your position, you don’t pay for access to one specific thing. As others said, it sounds like you have an issue with that one char where it is bugged and the self-help unstuck service is not working. That does happen and needs a GM to deal with it.
Normally STUCK tickets are a pretty high priority. I see you did post in CS and got a Blue response already. It serves as an Information desk helping folks navigate the support system. Seems you were putting in a ticket under the wrong category which is why it was not answered yet.
