Do you just need to be level 60 when you fight him, or do you have to be at a certain point in the storyline for him to drop? I’ve beaten him twice in two different groups, almost everyone else got him to drop but it didn’t drop for me, just wana know if its bad rng or if I don’t meet the requirements?
It is bad RNG. If you helped fight, you have a low chance at getting the mount. No requirements necessary.
If you used the glider and have the buff, and are the one that ‘challenged’ him, you will have a very high chance (not quite 100%) of getting the mount.

Nope. You have to be Kyrian to MAKE the glider, but anyone can use it.
