Jus like it says. What is the minimum number needed and what classes?

To get the flying book mount, and defeat all challenges you need at least 7 specs.
However it can be done with as little as 3 classes if you know how to fully play them.

There are seven challenges, providing variation among roles and specializations. If you master one challenge and want to try for a challenge on another specialization, you will not get the same challenge on that class.
