I am getting older and my wrists could use a break. What are some relaxed, slow, methodical gameplay loop classes for an old man such as myself?
Arms warrior has been great so far but was just curious if there were others like it.
Probably a caster spec, with those 2-3 second cast time spells. Maybe mage or warlock? That would be my guess.

arcane mage for sure. maybe beast master hunter too.
It is not Holy Paladin.
Suffering from Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis (i.e: my joints are dying and hurts 24/7 now lol boo!), Lock (all specs) Fire and Arcane, Resto and Ele as well MW monk are easy on my joints and reaction time. While still being moderate and middle of the pack.

Sorry to hear about your arthritis friend. I suffered injuries on my wrists when younger and I think I will end up there eventually myself. Thanks for your suggestions. Take care of yourself.
Feral Druid is extremely low APM
Caster classes have lower APMs.
This game bottlenecks my 500+ APM!

Basically 0 casts are 3 seconds and most are under 2. Not saying they’re high apart necessarily, but casting isn’t like ffxiv casting.
