Can anyone please link me the best talents for pure dps boomkin raiding. I can’t tell if natural weapons works for spells or not and different websites wowhead/icyveins are showing different talents to take.

It actually doesn’t matter very much. There are a select few talents that increase your DPS/mana efficiency and the rest is really just filler.
Improved Wrath
Improved Moonfire
Natural Weapons (does work for spells)
Omen of Clarity
Vengeance
Improved Starfire
Nature’s Grace
Moonglow
Moonfury
Moonkin Form
Nothing in the Feral Combat tree.
In Restoration you could go for:
Insect Swarm
Meditation
Some of those talents are borderline useless, but technically better than nothing.
Fill in the rest with whatever you want, like bonus Thorns damage or increased range on spells.
