Before we begin, yes yes I know you don’t use addons and just set up macros and keybinds. Thats not what I’m asking.
I like using addons for healing. I haven’t done it in a while and having all the spells on the mouse just works better for me.
With that out of the way…
What are some good ones to use these days. I used to use healbot back in my cata healing days, is that once still decent? or are there better ones around now?
I tend to use vuhdo. But I also set my base ui for healing in case the addon breaks. Which happens occasionally especially during new patches with most healing panels. Its not a bad idea to set up a default set up with the addons.
I still hear good things about Heal Bot.
VuhDo is the only other one I hear about.
Or you could get a whole package deal with ElvUI.

Want 253 settings? Vuhdo has you covered. You don’t have to use all the settings you can just setup your spells and use it stock. There’s also premade thematic imports available on wago
but if you aren’t using the available settings then I would inquiry as to what Vuhdo is doing for you Healbot can’t. I think Healbot is much better for “I just want something that works”.
Besides UnitFrame addons like those two the only other healer addon I’d suggest, which isn’t strictly for healers, is WeakAuras.
