What are the conditions for spawning the War-effort NPC?
I’ve already turned in the Head of the Broodlord Lashlayer, Alliance and Horde both side, but the resource turn-in NPC hasn’t appeared in the Ogrimmar, Ironforge city.
Could you please tell me what the conditions are for it to spawn?
B, an answer would be nice. Broodlord head handed in and multiple deputies farming frags, but no war effort on Maladath.
It’s not active till like Thursday or something. And factor in your time zone because you guys are like living in the future or something compared to blizzard hq
