Enchanted Forest (Teldrassil and Ashenvale music).
Nightsong (Northern Ashenvale/Nightrun music).
Dun Morogh zone music.

Those are my favorite zones/themes.

From the WC 1-3 games and the soundtracks:
Arthas My Son
Invincible
A Call to Arms (the absolute banger of WC or WoW history)

EDIT:
I can’t forget about The Culling of Stratholme dungeon. There is a Heroes of the Storm remix of it that is sooooo catchy too.

EDIT 2:
Lament of the Highborne heard from finishing the blood elf starting zone quests and returning Sylvanas’ lost locket to her. Or, alternatively, buying her music box toy off the auction house or doing the legendary axe quest from Icecrown Citadel to receive it as a reward.

Also this whole sequence. The music and the procession with everyone joining in was a fantastic moment, though the music really hammered it home.

Grizzly Hills zone music was PHENOMINAL.

Some other honorable mentions from me are:

Acherus: The Ebon Hold music from Wrath of the Lich King. It has motifs from Invincible, since it is more or less Arthas’ theme. Also, parts of the DK starting zone music, found on Youtube under “Ebon Hold Battle Music”.

The Black Temple music. Specifically the summit, right before you reach Illidan. It is in The Burning Crusade cinematic. The motif returns several times in Legion for the demon hunter starting zone experience and in other fel areas of the Broken Isles.
