When I am in a pile of 6-8 mobs and I need to interrupt one of them, how do people do it consistently?
How do you tell which one in particular you need to interrupt? It’s just a mess of colors and pixels and I miss a lot of interrupts because I can’t even tell which one I need to kick.
What’s the easiest way to do this?
Tidy plates makes it much easier to see all the mobs and their cast bars without them stacking on top of each other. There are a lot of others, but this is the one I use 
Do you just tab target through them then?
Which tidy plates do you use?
Focus macro:
#showtooltip
/cast [@focus,exists,nodead][] Kick (or whatever your spec’s interrupt is)
Just /focus the mob you want to interrupt at the start of the pull, and then use that.
I swap between mouse and keyboard and controller so I “click” on the plate specifically.
Little bit modified to preference, but so are all add-ons. Makes everything very readable.

So I can be fighting any mob in the pack and when I hit that macro it will auto target the one I want to interrupt?
It won’t change your target, it will just use the ability on the focused mob. But yes.
