Specifically, I need something to track my maelstrom stacks easily, because I am not using my Lightning or Lava Burst unless it procs, which I see is not good.

Any good add ons to easily track the stacks and stuff?

I suggest hekili for getting the basics of the rotation down. You will out grow it eventually, but its good for getting used to some of the basics.
