depends on what Item level your gear is, the regular Primal Infusion is 395-405 Ilvl, the Concentrated Primal Infusion will upgrade it to 408-418 Ilvl. I believe (but could be wrong) that you can only use it when crafting PVP gear or non PVP crafted gear after a quick glance at crafting orders, and I don’t think it will increase the Ilvl scaling in PVP so it’ll still scale to 424 Ilvl, I think its only the Ilvl out of PVP, but like I said I could be wrong.
No, you can’t. Infusions are only usable on purple quality gear, and the infusion only affects the PvE ilevel of a given piece, not its PvP ilevel, if it has one. It’s a shame too, since crafted PvP rings have a bug with them that allow you to make rings with only versatility on them.
