What are paladins complaining about? The changes make everyone very balanced

good rebuttal. even if you played paladin you would still lose the tournament. My warrior will be going to the tournaments soon, while you live here on the forums

Good news, twisting is no longer a rhythm game, with proper macros, it presses buttons on cooldown like any other build

Calling it right now, in his very first duel he will lose, complain about whatever class he is dueling, whine that rets needs buffs again, and shamans need more nerfs.

It’s not a highly popular build so most people don’t understand how to approach it. Makes it seems stronger than it is. It’s A tier IMHO. But takes a solid amount of investment to make work in gold and time aquiring niche gear.

I think the Druid community has officially labeled (due to the new staff effect) non-powershifting Druid ‘LazyCat’ when they do SIMs, hah!

I think the real reason Paladins are upset is because the playing field has been leveled. They can’t kill someone in a single HoJ anymore, but they’re still a top-tier class. They just don’t have that massive burst window like they used to. People complain about Shamans—and that’s fair—but Shockadins arguably do the same thing, and Retribution Paladins are still incredibly strong. They’re just not one-shotting anymore, and for some, that takes the fun out of the game. I get it.

I saw that, lol… They need to bring back snake weaving for you guys…

I think alot of people would be little more considerate of pallys if they actually admitted they were broken. But yet, we were the ones who were supposed to adapt. We were supposed to have more gear, use more consumes, just get better. Every paladin came on these forums claiming it was normal, they just got incredibly skilled and their ability to flatline anybody within a single stun was the result of pure skill. Then you have certain players who basically doubled down and tried to claim that rets were just fine and shamans actually needed more nerfs.

You make a lot of good points. What is normal for some classes is not the same for others. I think that is why they are so upset. Blizz gave them the ability to crush any class and realized they were overturned.

Everybody wants to be OP, it is fun, no denying that. But if you are going to be OP and then flaunt it in people’s faces like you are suddenly a god-tier gamer you are going to piss alot of people off.

Especially if you are start pointing fingers at other classes saying they need to be nerfed just desperately trying to distract attention off yourself.

Well said sir.

I like todays patch, personally.

Although I will miss the nice look of Redemption… the clown suit is back on!

It seems like Seal Twisting is no longer possible. Had a few people test it out. If so, big W Blizzard, but our sets were nerfed too hard.

It still is, as you get the 0sec debuff lingering for the first Seal still but I could be imagining it fading slightly quicker than 0.5.
