What are Crusader Skulls & some of these other scrolls?

When I first started my death knight I came across 158 crusader skulls.

Can I do anything with these?

Secondly, I have a series of documents with various names with some lore.
They are duplicated, and I often have 6-7-8 of the same document.
These have a sell value of a few dozen silver.
Is there anything I can do with these?

Some of their names are:

“Musings of the High General”
“Priestly Preening, be like your betters”
“Turning the other Cheek”

Lastly,

What is the “Haute Club Membership Card?”

I have 5 of them but I never used them. It allows you to attend some kind of dinner.

Trying to clear my bank of about 16 slots of paperwork … and bones.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can turn them in for potions that restore runic power, but only during the starting area quests for DKs.
Once you leave there they don’t have any function.

The scrolls and letters and stuff are just flavor items.
