Web research only has outdated information citing buttons that are no longer present.
What privileges do leaders, moderators, and members have? Web research says you can open up windows and see…but that button seems to be gone.
How to I customize privileges?
Thanks in advance.

Sure. There are guilds and there are communities. Communities can include players from all servers and both factions. So they are like guilds, but not guilds. Communities are accessed from the same icon guilds are.
The documentation available online is outdated and now wrong.
Like guilds, communities have roles assigned for each member. However, there is no information on what powers/privileges each role has. The roles for communities are owner, leader, moderator, and member. But Blizzard provides no information on what each role’s powers are.
For example, can members invite other players to the community? Can moderators kick out members? Can moderators kick out other moderators? What’s the difference between a moderator and a member? What’s the difference between a leader and a moderator? The owner and a leader?
The best I find on the web is that the owner has a button “customize roles”, which no longer seems to be available. That button used to be the key as to what roles do. That button now appears to be gone.

Owner can do everything.
Leader can kick people and set member notes.
Not sure what moderator can do.
Member can’t do anything.
