I don’t know. Don’t think so, but the way the person asked if they’d seen the original Spanish version made me wonder if there was something I missed.

God I wish it was like Pans Labyrinth instead of the twee fairy land

A fate worse than the maw.

I love this movie :3 Pale man!

ARdenweald should’ve been a Disney zone? Agreed.

Kinda wish they made the entire zone more demented where they refuse to let you leave and some of the fae secretly wanted to turn you into a Tirnenn so you join them forever. And so the end result is that you have to basically kill them.

Ardenweald is like 80% fairyland and 20% drust.

As well, the fae and fairies are slightly more blood thirsty than most other residents in the SL zones.

Say they more akin to OG Tinker Bell, jealous, vindictive and multiple attempts on Wendy’s life and overly melodramatic.

Andenweald was terribly disapponting, imo. Instead of having an actual Winter/Summer fae theme, it was all basically NE stuff and the Winter Queen//Elune reveal was rather dumb.

“Oh, I knew you’d need help, so I allowed all my favored children to burn horribly in their immortal World Tree, tee hee!”
“Yeah, those didn’t make it here. They all went to the Maw instead.”
“WHOOPSIE!” >.>

A lot of the “Darker” aspects of Ardenweald are reserved for once you join the covenant, There’s a bit with the resident The Witcher parody NPC where the bartender in Root cellar complains last time someone started a fight, they had to clean Spriggan guts off the ceiling.

Ardenweald is MUCH more comparable to the original source than Disney. It’s just that 80% of its darker aspects are locked behind the covenant and membership.

I’m mad that Dullahan made zero appearances in Shadowlands. The Dreadlords created the original Headless Horseman
why did we not get more lore on that???

Agreed, and it’d make sense as well, we are in the land of death in a zone with Fae, the fact that the faerie version of The Grim Reaper just isn’t present is kinda a let down.

Would have been a perfect fit for Mists of Tirna Scithe. Oh well I guess.

The Night Fae “historic” play is definitely one of their best moments. What sword? :stuck_out_tongue:

You could say it was a “killer” performance XD.

I want an entire Disney zone with no evil and everything is peaceful and fun.

That’s an actual real life problem for Disney.
