Specifically on raid bosses this tier. I’ve tried looking at different posts, but im seeing any where from 50%-100%
I don’t even think 100% is possible
Assuming that you’re playing correctly 80%-90% if you have 4p with 90% obviously being more in favor of actually getting resets and rolling TB.
100% is possible, though it would be more like 99%, but it literally requires you to get nonstop resets in your crackshot windows as well extremely high uptime on True Bearing. It’s not really realistic to expect this and it’s probably going to happen on a pull that somebody in your guild is going to throw and cause a wipe because some unknown deity is thriving off of your frustration. It was in the fine print when you signed the Outlaw contract. It will happen.

That’s for HO. KIR would probably be the same but there’s not really that many people playing it. Personally I think playing without Vigor is extremely cursed but I was also smited by rngesus and we’re not currently on speaking terms so I do not enjoy the lack of energy.
