What am I supposed to do with Bloody Tokens now?

So at this point I have over 9k Bloody Tokens (on just one character) doing absolutely nothing and I’m sure there are others out there who have much, much more than I do.

Honor is transferable; Conquest kind of is too but with BT’s there’s no box to buy, no transferabilty - nothing.

Are there plans to change this down the line or am I maybe missing a vendor that will exchange them for Honor or even Ribbons? It’s a shame I can’t do anything with them, and as I mentioned I have this many just casually and I imagine there are others out there with a ton more.

The only thing I can think of is buying gear and then vendoring for gold. Kinda boring though.
