What Am I Doing Wrong?

I have 355-415 gear in all my slots except the azerite gear. (2 of which are still 285-ish.) I’ve killed all the Darkshore rares, ran numerous dungeons and warfronts. Am I missing something obvious? I’m burning out quick and found myself playing ESO more lately as a result. Before I give up, I figured I’d come here and ask how to obtain azerite gear upgrades. Thanks, in advance!

I forgot to mention that. I’ve done some raiding (lfr’s), but still nothing.
The only thing I don’t want to do is PvP. (Too much cc’ing for me)

Geeze…I am sorry I failed to mention this, but… so far, since hitting 120, I’ve seen zero zerite gear cache rewards and only 1 Azerite gear WQ reward… …and of course, it was for the helm, which is the only piece that wouldn’t be an upgrade.

Are you doing World Quests? Because those can give up to 355 Azerite Armor. LFR gives you 370 with 5 rings, so does regular Mythic Dungeons.

Your profile shows 400 head, 375 shoulders, and 390 chest. To get higher in the least amount of time, you need to Raid Normal or higher or do Mythic+8 or higher. Good Luck.

Oh wait, your minimum Azerite gear level is actually 375, not 285. Trolling?

I got more duplicates today.

I have no motivation to try to get more duplicates.

ok thanks for the help, everyone. I guess I am just getting unlucky. (As usual)
I’ll just keep my eyes open and maybe one day I’ll see an azerite reward for a WQ or emissary cache. I’ll also try some Mythic dungeons and hope that after doing 10-20 of them, I’ll finally get 1 drop. Maybe I’ll get 1 or 2 before I throw my hands up in defeat and give up on this. Dungeons. M0 is a good start and most groups consider our ilvl pretty much immaterial for them as they are the moral equivalent of normal dungeons for most people at this point. Also make sure your group knows you could use the gear as most of us don’t even look at it until we empty overfilled bags.

No - I am posting on my better geared druid. I am asking because of my newer Zandalari Troll who has 285-300 azerite gear. I’ve been away for a while, playing ESO and just came back recently. that’s why I am asking if I’m missing something.

You’re missing the fact that gearing is supposed to take more than 5 days.

OK I will keep trying. Just doesn’t feel good to have 355-415 gear…while still having 285 azerite gear. Just makes me feel like I am missing a more efficient way to improve my azerite gear.

You could always UNSUBSCRIBE from WoW and play ESO exculsively. As for upgrades for your azerite gear, the devs have made it so where you have to either raid or do their lazy excuse for design mythic+. I recommend raiding if you don’t just UNSUBSCRIBE, mythic+ is a cancer that should be eradicated from WoW.
