Given that this character is a shaman, I consider Elae to be True Neutral
What about you?
Also what alignment is Sylvanas now, before BFA she was Chaotic Neutral sometimes Neutral Evil
And what about other wow characters like Illidan and so on?
Also what would you say you are in real life? Just curious.
I think Falls would be Chaotic good? I mean she does have good morals but she’s a Death Knight. All DK have to kill and she’s no exception. She loves it. I guess some could consider that aspect evil but she only kills enemies usually. Granted if you get in her way, she’ll cut you down and feel no remorse.
I’d call her an antihero for sure.
Sylv imo is Lawful evil.
Sylvanas is none of those. She is benevolent in all things. Everything she does is for the greater good.

This character is Lawful Evil.
My Rogue, Regg, is Neutral Evil.
My Paladin is Neutral Good.
My DK is Neutral.
My Druid is Chaotic Good.
Lawful Evil, bordering on Lawful Neutral.

Choatic evil. I am the sort of person who will camp lowbies for hours on end, I have a name that I was merely smashing the keyboard to get and an insatiable hungry for death.

I did that all the time though and I considered that Chaotic Neutral behavior, see I wasn’t doing it because I was evil but because I found it funny.
Imagining a 3x3 grid - Tharg is constantly bouncing back and forth at the corners of Chaotic Neutral, Neutral Evil, and Chaotic Evil. It’s very hard to pin down his character with just an alignment label.
Absolutely, Diabolically, Maniacally, Psychopathically Evil
(Though total opposite in real life
)

Pen is chaotic GOOD. She’s not strong on the chaotic or lawful scale but definitely not neutral.
Choatic Neutral: This paragraph best describes me.
“A chaotic neutral character follows his whims. He is an individualist first and last. He values his own liberty but doesn’t strive to protect others’ freedom. He avoids authority, resents restrictions, and challenges traditions. A chaotic neutral character does not intentionally disrupt organizations as part of a campaign of anarchy. To do so, he would have to be motivated either by good (and a desire to liberate others) or evil (and a desire to make those different from himself suffer). A chaotic neutral character may be unpredictable, but his behavior is not totally random. He is not as likely to jump off a bridge as to cross it.”
I seek individuality and I don’t like to be tied down by others. I will do some very questionable and dangerous things. However I also think of the effect things have on others and try to do things for the good of protecting the world. Since it is beneficial to me if society continues to thrive.

My character regularly engages in slaughter against the alliance and participated in the burning of Teldrassil. He also is loyal to the horde and observes it’s rules so that makes me think he’d be in the lawful evil category.

Chaotic Sev, it is so Chaotic that regular Chaotic cannot make heads or tails.

That’s not really what lawful evil is – lawful evil characters fall in with characters like Emperor Palpatine, who seek power to abuse that power to exert their will on others.
What you described is more along the lines of Lawful Neutral. Your character follows societal norms, honors tradition, and doesn’t hesitate to obey the orders of his superiors, even if they’re morally ambiguous.

Chaotic good, the means my shaman has resorted to in order to get what he wants has been… Less savoury.
Mostly for the Alliance or peers though, with self benefit mixed in.
Hmm, interesting, I like that description. Thanks for correcting me as I now know what category my character is in.
Chaotic Good. She’s a good benevolent person at heart, but kind of wild, dislikes rules and authority, and follows her own whims. She’s a free spirit above all and can be unpredictable.
If you can get into the headspace of your character, this may really help you out:

Palpatine wasn’t Lawful Evil he is Neutral Evil, the whole politics stuff was just a tool he used to get power.
See, Palpatine is willing to break any code to get more power. Lawful Evil characters tend to be less willing to break any codes to get what they want.
A Lawful Evil character is basically someone who says “if you attack me, you will die, if you leave me alone I will leave you alone” and then if you attack them, feels perfectly justified in slaughtering you without mercy. They generally will stick to their word most of the time, not saying they never lie, but basically it’s the black and white view of the world…they will lie to get ahead in society so long as it’s not against their personal code.
