I installed the Skill capped clean UI addon and I see this image over my character in the middle. Any ideas what addon this is?

I’d say it’s probably a bar what needs to be hidden or moved.
If you just installed an addon, and are seeing something new on your UI. It’s probably the addon you just installed.
Also that’s the icon for Transcendence.
Is it a weak aura?
Yep figured it out. Skill capped installed bunch of addons but I love the clean UI addon. Really great tool.
I looked up skill capped addon, I see they have a website. Is this a paid subscription-based addon?
there’s a bunch of premium stuff for the paid version but the FREE one is good enough. Its amazing.

Any Addons that are paid, or have a premium version need to be reported. Those violate the Blizzard terms for use of the Blizzard API for addons and such.

All add-ons must be distributed free of charge. Developers may not create “premium” versions of add-ons with additional for-pay features, charge money to download an add-on, charge for services related to the add-on, or otherwise require some form of monetary compensation to download or access an add-on.
This thread almost comes off as an way to promote the addon 
Those round about ways to make folks aware of it while “just asking questions”.

Okay so free is good.
For future reference, never pay for addons. Paid addons are against the ToS and are likely to be removed.

Ohh that’s a big no-no. Can’t lock parts of the addon behind paywalls per the blizz TOU.
Transcendence reminder likely in weak auras.

Seems pricey too, since they only promise a 500io increase and a 400 pvp rating increase

Yeah…that def looks sus. I would think the lawyers are going to eventually shut that down.

I think they’ve been around for loooong time now. /shrug
It looks worse then the base UI.
