after a joke about it in another topic, What accent do you think the Dragon people will have. Me and another guy agreed on Irish if we are doing non American accents. My reasoning on that is we are going to the Dragon Isles and Irish people are from the Emerald Isle.

Still, considering NPCs during the Suramar questline involve characters with names like Valtrois, Margaux, and Victoire, the intention is pretty clear here.
Thalyssra is an exception, but a pretty big one considering she’s the racial leader. Still, you’re more likely to find French-inspired names amongst nightborne npcs than otherwise.
