i’m at half of the stream and it’s almost full of seen and boring questions.
it’s like blizzard is trying to hide the so obvious problems and full it with these stupid questions like Will your name be reserved on your Classic server if you play TBC? or Sylvanas Raid Boss or What happened to the Archon?.
man come on, talk about this horrible mess of a balance this mobile game is.
Edit 1 : Do you plan to address the faction imbalance soon?
- Across the game as a whole, factions are balanced, but in the key social activities like Mythic+ or raiding, it’s imbalanced.
What I hate most is they take questions and answer things we already know…
Such as the very first question, asked a question about the cinematic that was already answered by the cinematic itself and the dev answered it exactly as we already know from the cinematic.
seriously…
Just want to hear a plan for or acknowledgement of what a mess the balancing is right now across raid/pvp/m+. We need specs/classes fixed not a 10min rundown on covid or anima.
Personally I prefer lore questions. Balance is perpetually in flux. It doesn’t matter what they say or do now, because next patch, or even a hotfix, they might have to change it anyway. Lore questions are significantly more definitive (even if seemingly treating their story as a perpetual rough draft often leads to retcons). >_>
EDIT: I guess I should also say that, a lot of lore questions are definitely a waste of time. Nothing’s more annoying that when a question is asked that they obviously can’t answer yet, like a major spoiler. I see that happen way too often in interviews for any game.
The amount of time they’ve now put into answering Classic questions compared to Live is actually insane. And the RAMBLING is getting on my last nerves…
But anyone who’s ever built a AD&D world can tell you that this game we love was pretty much slapped together, lore-wise. Nothing really makes sense, anymore. And now they’ve clouded the afterlife and the planes in such a light, that, turning it around into something coherent that follows lore-laws is a certain impossibility.
I think its more that they still have a lot cooking for the patch, and not a lot finalized. So they really dont have the answers to the questions a lot of us have.
