So I’m pretty sure how this works is that my toons, once hitting lvl 80, should be granted access to the master flying once they have artisan riding skill… on the meta achieve it does say “all toons have completed this achievement”… just need clarification, for some of my toons it worked & others not at all & it is almost 5k for the bonus % to flying.
