I want a 4th Warlock Spec that is Tank and has Metamorphosis (or Dark Apotheosis, or whatever they will call it because they don’t like different classes sharing names of the same ability).

The main thing on my WoW wishlist as usual is the following races becoming playable:
Furbolg (Alliance) 
Ogres (Horde) 
Saberon (Horde) 
San’layn (Horde) 
Saurok (Horde) 
I’d have to think on what else I’d have on my WoW wishlist, but the above remains on the top.

Wildstar style player housing (which is actually closer than it’s ever been).
More/Better character customization.
All 3 hero specs usable on all class specs.
-Playable High Elves for the Alliance (not Void Elves) with their own unique racial.
-Recolor/Remaster of Tier 3.
-A recolor/remaster of WoD S1 Elite PvP sets.
-A recolor/remaster of MoP CM sets.
-A recolor of Mage Tower Artifact Weapons from Legion.
-PvP mounts for people at Elite and/or Legend rank, not just Gladiator.

Just an HD Remaster like the T2 Remasters. As well as HD Remasters of the Vanilla R14 sets and weapons. Including DK/Evoker/DH/Monk for both sets like with T2 (though I guess the T3 remaster for DK would be their naxx set from WotLK as a base model to Remaster).

The T3 are pretty unique looking sets, so I’d love to see a remaster of it.
I think its probably coming anyways though.
More account wide reps (I know it’s coming ‘Soon™’ but not soon enough imo)
Follower dungeons for all dungeons (not likely to happen to old dungeons cause that’s a lot of work, but I can dream)
Reskinning/updating skins on the old original race mounts (horses, sabercats, wolves, etc) so they look nicer and more in line with newer versions of those released in later expansion.

The thing is after we get an HD remaster for T3 they will also likely have 2 other recolors of it for the Naxx 10 and 25 man colorations. Like we have seen with the T2 HD sets and their recolors from the Diablo event (and 1additional datamined recolor for most of them and plus a WotLK Prepatch Undeadslay Plate paladin recolor).
My theory as to why we haven’t gotten more Warband reps of past expansions yet is because the bulk of the team that was working on that is now all hands on deck to get Housing past the finish line.
We will probably see alot more character customizations and all of the other small things we were getting and Warband reps of past expansions after Midnight launches because Housing should no longer need the extra hands polish once it launches.

Never happening.
The cartoon graphics is why WoW still holds up today while older MMO’s that went with realistic graphics got dated and painful to the eyes.
Cartoonish Graphics simply will last the test of time.
For other games in the Warcraft Universe ya could happen, but not for WoW.
