Arms pumps the highest arena DPS while sitting in perma wall. They have unreal utility with Spear, 50% Sharpen, Reflect, Intervene, access to Disarm/Banner, Rally, Shattering etc. They are similar to WoD FDK when they pumped the most DPS and were borderline unkillable with Death Strike spam, only Arms has a lot more utility.
