What’s the secret to the super fast loading screens

I have a pretty good set up but by the time I zone into a dungeon the group has already done a couple packs. Also apparently some people can walk into a portal and have no loading screen at all. Consider me jealous

My shizz is what was considered high end, a year ago, I guess?

Can run a modded out CP2077, with all the little graphic fixings, and I still get smoked regularly in the loading screen race.

I have no clue.

Get rid of addons.

SATA SSD or PCIe SSD?
Connected directly to the motherboard’s bus vs the SATA connector makes a huge difference in load times.

turn graphics options to basically zero, boom, faster loading screens.

Update on this.

Found this on Reddit after searching for a bit

/console worldPreloadNonCritical 0

Type that in and you get fast loading screens. Also set viewing distance a little bit lower. My speeds are so much faster now that it’s crazy this isn’t the default setting

Like someone pointed out, remove addons and you’ll load very quickly. There are “other” ways like for example using a ram drive but that’s probably going a bit far.

As long as your computer isn’t really old, you shouldn’t have long loading times. My addons definitely slow down my load times, though.
