Been thinking about picking up retail again. Just not sure what I want to play. I’ve basically got everything melee dps which is my personal preference.

I prefer melee dps, and I tend to lean towards raiding/pve content. I’m planning on playing casually so I might do a little pvp not a whole lot though.

Overall for melee:
Rogue/warrior/DH
Overall for ranged:
Mage/sPriest/Hunter
Probably raids for the most part.
Rogues and warriors are in a great spot. All 3 specs of the rogue are viable. Same goes for warrior. DH is very fun too.

All melee dps classes pretty much smack

DH is fun, very simple. There are multiple viable builds between venthyr/NF DHs. The damage is there and you’re almost always guaranteed a spot for your raid magic debuff.

Very “simple”, and super fast paced. Extremely fun when you got gear.
And yes… you WILL wonder why double jump is not given on every character in wow.
Mobility is honestly frustratingly good. Some classes will be ruined after you play it lol.
Overall, very fun… just good old fun class to play in my opinion.

Is Sargeras still considered a good realm?
Never played there, I have no idea.
I can say the servers I play on are pretty solid.

Nordrassil Horde (it is a med-low pop ish one. And I think I haven’t been on that one since BfA so maybe not?)
Absolutely not if you’re horde. It’s 95% alliance.
Sargeras is good for Alliance, if you’re looking for a guild to run with you’ll be better off on one of the realms Izhana said
Raid > Rogue
M+ > WW Monk
PvP > no idea
Yeah all my toons in retail are alliance and are on Sargeras. Maybe I’ll consider rerolling on those servers suggested though. Thanks for the tip.
They’re stupid fun, at least try one!
But they will corrupt you.
Once you log into something not a DH, you will jump off a cliff and try to glide… and fall to your death. Guaranteed it will happen.
