So I was flying around in the Wetlands and noticed from the time I had entered that not a single NPC (Friend or Foe) had spawned in. When I got to Dun Modr at the top of the zone next to the border with the Arathi Highlands I entered the Dwarven Style Inn and found it void of any furniture like it usually had and my character began to flash in and out of existence.
