No, but we can flag them, and unless they changed it, I think if a post gets enough flags it gets hidden or locked down or something for mod attention.

Yes. However, let’s say you’re concerned because someone who has harassed you in game, who you have blocked, comes onto the forums and you don’t want to see their posts because they’re gross and you don’t want anything to do with them. There’s currently no protection.

i actually made a post about this on the old forums i was told to use block and they can’t baby sit. meanwhile i was being targeted and harassed in the most disgusting way by a small group.

Just in case it was missed, I tried to lay out an explanation for switching characters via desktop in this post here: WET Community Lounge #Eternity - #160 by Morician-wyrmrest-accord

I haven’t played with mobile yet so I’m not yet sure how they set it up for mobile, but it’s probably not too terribly different. Either way, it will take a few days for everyone to adjust to the changes. Some will adjust faster than others, and that’s perfectly OK. If it’s confusing at first try not to let it get you down. Step away for a bit if you need to, get a good night’s rest, and tackle it tomorrow after you’re refreshed.

Update on the new format: the same rules apply to swapping characters on mobile as apply to desktop. If you do not see your character portrait in the upper right-hand corner, but rather a person icon instead, click the icon to log in first and then change character as normal.
