Sits in one of the lounges many chairs, pulls out her jewel crafting kit, sits it aside.
Takes out her gnomish made multipurpose jewel crafting spectacles and places them over her eyes.
Proceeds to flip levers, turn knobs, flick switches. Stops, opens the box, pulling tools, and an uncut chunk of jade, from it. Carefully gets to work cutting it.

Looks up sorry for the inconvenience, I just do my best jewel crafting work here looks back down and continues working.

sits at the table about twenty feet from Izzy and takes out a black bag placing it on the table
slips out a surgical knife and opens the bag taking out a few eyeballs
places the eyeballs on a silver tray that was already on the table
puts on a pair of eyeglasses and gets to work
