As the title states, the tent is there but the NPCs, quests and bonfire for Western Plaguelands alliance is missing. I am unable to complete the Midsummer Fire Festival Meta achievement and other related achievements due to this.
UPDATE: Even though I had already relogged twice, I started to fly to Ghostlands and was messaging a friend. Even though we were chatting I d/c’d and logged back into find myself way back at Chillwind Camp with the NPCs present. So not a lost cause but a weird bug nonetheless.
