The quest “Combat Training” in the Western Plaguelands zone is bugged. I was able to kill and convert the human farmers, but now it won’t let me rally them to fight the abomination in the barn.
I can’t get this part to work (2/14/2024), did anything work for you?

Having the same issue with a 34 Undead Rogue
I am leveling my Rogue was level 20 2 days ago now 38. I got to 3 Troopers mobilized soloed the abomination. Before i knew what to do. Then the Valkrye did not cast any more to recruit the last 2. So now i restarted and she wont cast to recruit more and keeps getting stuck in the house on the roof. Well it finally completed the quest after that bug. Now i am level 40 and so much faster.
