There is a 40% disparity of tanks, many have posted YouTube videos detailing this issue in its entirety, it would be at this point good for the sake of going forward if blizzard just stops gatekeeping old bear forms, they let us have them for a week then took them away, if they can’t let us just earn the old ones, make new ones, provide color options for the runebear form, make new werebear forms, do SOMETHING to incentivize folks to roll a tank class, i understand many will feel this is unfair but if you don’t something FAST people will leave, 1 hour ques for a tank is not how you keep people engaged! Continuing to ignore this won’t make it go away but it may hurt this game more than ever before…..

You could double the amount of tanks in the game and probably not see a great reduction in queue times, though. Gear from queued dungeons is so useless when everything else rains purples; tanks are better off heading into higher content as fast as they can.
Well said, if they don’t do something I’m not going to really put much time into gearing or even playing my toon (s) when they gave the old forms for a week and then removed them it left way too sour of a vibe with me!! As you said, we’re not valued and the toxic folks just attack anyone they don’t agree with, usually over edgelord or gatekeeping mentality’s
Bear forms are not going to bring more tanks, but you are 100% correct that they need to find some way to add more druid form customization instead of throwing them a bone every 4-5 years.

As someone who has 21 out of 36 mage tower artifact appearances i agree with having them available in mage tower. But until that happens you can get the fel werebear from mage tower now, and the runic were bears from emerald dream content from dragonflight.
I personally think the runic druid bear from the world boss in emerald dream is a 100x cooler than mage tower.

I respectfully disagree. ALOT of folks would happily roll the guardian Druid if it had robust morphing options, several werebear forms, assorted adornments, gorillas and rhinos, were-rhinos, I am just throwing out quick ones….the dev team has artists with time on their hands, obviously, so I respectfully maintain this would VERY much push a lot of players to roll guardian Druid, it would absolutly help lower that 40% down to likely 20%, a massive gulf, you want 20 min wait times or 1-1.5 hours, or worse, it’s coming fast people are waking away in large numbers over blizzards balancing problems

In probably the least experienced wow player on this board and I’m 29/36 mage tower.
I don’t care if they let people that missed it get the druid forms somehow now, but make it hard at least. Prot pally mage tower was one if the hardest things I ever did in a video game (would have been easier if I knew they were going to buff the artifact weapon later)
I agree with werebears being added even though there are two non-limited time ones. But I have werebears and the reason i dont really tank much with them even though guardian druid is my favorite is because tanking is just boring in general in terms of fight design. They should work like dps and have tank defensives and that will bring more tanks to the game.

People only want the werebear forms because they were fomo. Believe it or not, “Prestigious” fomo rewards bring people in. Runescape is learning this right now

People don’t tank due to anxiety and lack of knowledge. Making more animals isn’t changing that at all. Tanking fear is an issue in every single mmo that it exists in. A large part of the wow base has no interest in playing as a furry animal to begin with, anyone that does already plays druid
Limited time and Prestigious is a corruption meant to exploit the biological and genetical evolution of humans competing with each other for better mates. We as a species needs to rise beyond this. Continue feeding into it in video games is how we get rich people ruining the world for everyone else.
On the side note, i’m not saying we should just give any old limited time edition reward out for free, ya should earn it! And it should be avaiable 2 expansions later. You get 2-3 years of prestige.
Its just a video game, this victim mentality is pretty weird.

I got the DF one 2nd try. Just go to the dream and kill the boss, you can solo him… what’s the problem?
Kill the world boss in emerald dream? do the MT for the fel bear? It’s easy atm
I literally got them both in like an hour of eachother after leveling my Druid lmao

Bears being overpowered for a hot minute did more to bring more guardian druids than muscle bear form would.
Of course they all disappeared after the nerfs though..
I really want the MT skin, but for some reason I just seem to grasp the mechanics. It seems if you miss a step you’re cooked.
