I know RNG is RNG, but I’ve killed KT probably a total for 25 times across a few characters and have not witnessed a single head token drop.
Was this removed? I know sometimes loot is removed and I feel like maybe I missed this somewhere.
If ur meaning Naxx in Wrath, I’ve killed KT 82 times, zero head pieces on my priest.

Yes, this is what I’m referring to. I wasn’t sure if the drop rate was extremely low or it was removed. I assumed by now, I would have at least seen the wrong token (for another class) drop by now.
Yea I’ve seen zero head pieces period.
I just assumed my RNG sucks(which it does as I have over 500 kills on KT for Ashes).
Wowhead has them listed as approximately 30% drop rate. Something funky is going on.

I can confirm that the Valorous Tier Set Helm still drops from Naxx-25 Kel’thuzad.
I just ran it with my Warrior and a Crown of the Lost Conqueror dropped. (Paladin, Priest, Warlock) So keep trying! They DO drop!
Would also like to remind everyone that you do NOT have to do the entire raid in order to kill KT anymore. You can go straight up through the orb, smack Sapphiron and then KT and peace out.

Bad RNG is bad RNG.
For example, I got the T2 warrior pants off Ragnaros AFTER getting both halfs for Thunderfury, getting exalted with the Hydroxian Warlords and getting the Eye of Sulfras. 3 of those have something like a 1% drop rate.
Back in ye olden times, bosses dropped a guaranteed number of tier tokens. Part of legacy loot now is that tier tokens are no longer guaranteed drops. You can get the normal number of token drops, more tokens or even none.
