I’m all over the place mount farming everyday and it feels so weird to go from BfA and SL where I’m barreling across the zone for tags and fighting kids for mobs, to not even bothering with rares and the elite events because there aren’t enough ppl to down it. In a patch that’s what, two weeks old?

But you’re probably right about needing better CRZ. I never have a problem on my server, but I could see rare hunting and the Researcher event being difficult on lower pop realms. There have been a lot of threads complaining about it lately.
I guess group finder is always an option, but if low participation is a known issue it seems like something Blizzard should fix by adjusting sharding/crz.

I’m having trouble understanding the point of your post? Are you farming old content or new content? I haven’t had any issues finding random folks to farm rares in 10.1 Cave.

And the more full pop people say the zone is busy but Id say we just have less people participating in DF I feel like.
The zone though doesnt hide the fact that it feels more like a catch up zone with worthless basic things to do or time constraints needing bigger groups that I think some people jist do it once at reset a d dont come back.
Its not a fun zone. And the age is showing of the design choices that Im seeing long time players start waking up to the lazy and unimaginative design on repeat that is taking place.

I like the zone aesthetically, but I rarely go there. I find it kind of boring honestly.

You prob got sharded to a dead shard that the system loves to do to my alts. Try joining a raid group and leave it and hope it keeps you on the more active shard and doesn’t dump you back on the dead one.

Maybe there’s just very little reason to kill rares.
If you really want to spend 15 hours a day killing every single one every single day there’s usually a few groups up in the group finder under custom. If there’s not then you can always make one.
