What ive gathered from the notes on Mmo Champnand from watching the BlizzCon stream:
What wasnt changed?
1.) Warmode is still in game.
2.) Pathfinder is still in game.
3.) WQ grind, everyday, still in game.
4.) Titan forging, still in game, just rebranded as something else.
5.) Armor set bonuses, still NOT in game.
6.) Phasing, still in game.
7.) Another rep grind in order to be relevant, still in game.
8.) Another 3rd party system to give you necessary skills and power that are NOT baked into your class, still in game.
9.) Another freaking legendary weapon grind, still in game.
10.) Incentives to WPvP, still NOT in game.
11.) PvP vendors, still NOT in game.
12.) Pointless professions that still have no impact on your experience and progression, still in game.
13.) Classes with no real counter, still in game.
14.) More islands and sections of land rather than a large, sandbox continent to explore, still in game.
15.) Non-complex, option lacking talent tree that forces cookie cutter builds, still in game.
16.) New BGs, still NOT in game.
17.) Good rewards for those who like random BGs, still NOT in game.
18.) Sense of server identity and community, still NOT in game.
19.) RNG lottery system, still in game.
Yep, classic is gonna be home for a while until they get a new dev team.
Thats not true, most of what i said is confirmed, the three or four points you speak, mostly PvP, were not even addressed other than Warmode. If the ones you say arent confirmed were not mentioned, why do you think that is? Because theyre not changing. Why would you NOT mention WPvP incentives? Why would you NOT mention new BGs? Why would you NOT mention PvP vendors? At Blizzcon?! Because they are not even considerations. Thats why.
They said these WILL be in the game but not at launch, just like Legion.

We get a class specific ability. Let’s see how it plays out before bashing it.
Nothing was said about a legendary weapon, only that legendaries were in the game and that they can be targeted with less RNG than Legion.

Cool, glad you have a game style you like. Maybe instead of making everything up to bash an expansion we know basically nothing about, let’s at least wait til the Alpha before we start these threads.
