With the announcment that 9.1 is 12 days away, it really pains me to move forward with my Enhance shammy.
Pros and Cons:
Pro: All new legendary abilities suck which means it plays the same. Actually not sure if this is a pro?
Forget the pro’s and con’s because the con’s right now far out weigh the pro’s. The covenant buffs were nice to see. Blizzard trying to get Kyrian in the mix which is fine with me considering that imo they have the best armor.
I knew we were not going to get any talent changes but I was hoping to at least see them address the 3-4 seconds of sitting there watching white dmg happen while everything is on CD. I’ve stacked over 30% haste and this still was in the rotation. I’ve min/maxed everything I could think to try and help but it just always seems to happen. So much fun watching white dmg go out.
I was hoping for just a little bit of a nod our way in terms of something, but again we are going to have to wait for next expansion I fear and then we’ll be saying the same things. Maybe I’ll switch to my monk. Going to give 9.1 an honest go on the shammy, but my hopes are far from high. I’ve pushed pretty hard and my logs show it.
Good luck to all of you going into 9.1. May the wind be in your favor.

9.1 still doesnt feel like a full tier patch. really feels more like a mid-season hotfix. 9.0.7 instead of 9.1

The new zone seems kind of small and empty.
Less city of secrets than maw 2.0.

Might need to turn warmode off. Remember Mechagon WPVP? Korthia looks more clustered than that

one of the few things im looking forward too.
i love wpvp, and i remember doing the Firelands rep grind dailies in that WPVP zone there. THAT was awesome.
At least you don’t drop stygia when you die in korthia.
Still happens in the maw though which is an awful design decision imo. Had hoped that would go away with the removal of eye of the jailer.
The maw has so much potential for WPvP but I eventually turned off warmode for the first time since it was introduced after permanently losing 15k stygia in about 5 minutes to an alliance raid.
Looking forward to WPvP in korthia assuming there isn’t much reason to be going back and forth between there and the maw for stygia (in which case I guess I’ll be leaving WM off).
Blizzard really should do something about sharing in to form raids for PvP in zones though. It totally ruined Nazjatar and made it unplayable alot of the time due to massive lag. Like maybe eliminate the ability to form/join a raid in warmode. Or automatically turn it off while you’re in a raid.

They already did it … now you need to reset at a sanctuary to phase into the same shard as the raid you are joining
Whenever I join a raid to do a world boss it just automatically shards me in.
Whether I’m in warmode or not.
What am I missing?
Same here, joining a raid for a world boss either in warmode or not will phase me in automatically.
I just wanted some legendary rebalancing.

Yes you will be phased to the shard the leader is in . What used to happen was that you could pass the lead to someone else and automatically phase into that person’s shard . That’s how Ruin for instance used to jump phases in Nazjatar WPvP. Now you dont automatically get moved to the leaders phase if you transfer lead , you need to go to a neutral area and then renter the world .
