Pve sin is still very strong. Nothing has changed or evolved. Its been the same raid build for months where you change out 1 point depending on the fight. M+ build is better now and more fun imo than raid build.
Pvp: only tried unrated but sin is incredibly fun in pvp cleave spec. You’re almost impossible to kill and have so much control over the action. You can escape but are able to prevent them from escaping.
Outlaw: Havent touched it this xpac.

I think outlaw turned out pretty good. Any one putting outlaw on their tier list as anything lower than at least a strong B is genuinely high off the smell of their own farts. I’m not being dismissive of genuine faults and complaints with the class, but it’s pretty stong M+ class, and the single target raid damage is actually not -too- bad either.
The biggest complaint about outlaw is the target cap, but honestly, how often does that affect any of us? Maybe first pull of SV or NW?
I saw an outlaw rogue whining about how sin rogues were making him look bad on that pull.
Well funnily enough I did an NW run with double rogue (both 633), me outlaw and some other sin rogue. He pumped some nice numbers on a couple of big pulls, but overall I pulled 1.89m and he did 1.37m. Yet apparently the target cap makes us unviable and D tier in M+. …riiiight.

Is keep it rolling the new popular build?
I play outlaw in some non-rated PvP and wpvp and I find the damage very mid. The burst isn’t super bursty. The sustain is decent when you can use vanish. Random RNG procs make or break the damage. Self sustain is decent. I might be doing the damage wrong, but based off guides and such it doesnt seem like I am.
Their CC and mobility are amazing. Whole reason I keep playing it.
Outlaw is a strong B but like we have been saying since beta they have to clean up a lot of the bugs and clunky things with the spec right now. The feel of the spec can be better.
I do not think going from DF to TWW that Outlaw took a step forward.
Auto thistle tea is annoying on Outlaw but really cumbersome for Assassination.
