Title - At least for Balance, I’d love to see an alternative in this node, that grants Survival Instincts (perhaps a slightly weaker or shorter version) instead of Frenzied Regeneration at 40% HP. The upcoming followup talent that decreases the cooldown would remain unchanged.
Like for PvP?

Oh, it would probably be best as a PvP utility, indeed… Since Frenzied Regen is affected by Dampening and Mortal Strike effects 
I suppose it would be way to give Resto and Boomy another ‘wall’.
