Level 21 Mage took the quest in my garrison to go to Gorgrond. I got there, turned in my quest, then took the quest “Welcome to Gorgrond: Scout ahead for Naielle’s Watch.”
I set out to do just that, but did a the nearby bonus objective first, where you have to punt those little witch doctor things. Finished this, then headed to the cave. It didn’t register that I scouted ahead. Waited there, killed a bunch of stuff, etc. Nothing.
I ended up having to abandon the quest, retake it, then going back to the cave. It worked this time.
