So, there I was in NE Desolace finishing up a Satyr quest sipping on some mana juice when all of a sudden the loading screen pops up and I find myself at the SouthShore inn where my hearthstone is set; and hearthstone is on CD. Well, that sucks but I needed to train/reset talents anyway so off to IF I go.
Then, about an hr later (maybe two) still in IF, I entered the tram area to “assist” defending and die to a shaman’s fire totem; lo and behold I find myself at the SW spirit healer in Elwynn Forest. This one might not be a bug per se because who dies in the tram area? So, 50/50 shot at either of the graveyards? But, just in-case it’s not a coincidence …
Now, as for my action bars, the mana juice is on the right bar farthest from the screen’s edge while the hearthstone in the bottom spot of that same vertical column; there’s no chance to ‘accidentally’ click that action button. All the same, I removed HS from the right action bar.
I’m not using any actionbar addons like bartender, have no macros, no healing addons like Clique/Healbot/Grid/etc and the only “UI” addon I’ve got is LeatrixPlus (to remove gryphons) and Plater.

I recently restarted my WoW acct in Oct after a 12-years hiatus; just finding out about this layering thing. Could this account for the oddity?
